You deserve a pest-free home — and a team you can actually trust to make it happen.
I’m Richie Perez, and this is my son Cody.
I started Richie’s Termite & Pest Service in 2001, and now I run it alongside Cody. Between the two of us, we bring over 60 years of combined experience, and a whole lot of pride in the work we do.
We provide professional termite and pest control service to Southern California homeowners, businesses, property managers, and homeowners’ associations.
Our Promise
When you call us, you’re calling a family that genuinely cares about getting it right.
If you’ve tried every spray, every trap, every product at the hardware store, and the bugs just keep coming back… We understand your frustration and we’re on your side!
We’ve been in this industry long enough to see what happens when homeowners are let down by big national companies, one-size-fits-all treatments, and contracts that lock them in with no real results.
We kept seeing the same thing: homeowners locked into contracts with big national companies that rushed through every job, treated every house the same — and the bugs always came back. We knew there was a better way.
Because of that, we built Richie’s on three things: taking real time on every property, creating a customized plan for each home, and standing behind our work — guaranteed. We even remove cobwebs on every visit, so you can see the work was done.
Now Richie and Cody run this business together — father and son — and we’re here to give every homeowner what they deserve: a pest-free home, someone who picks up the phone, and a team that treats your house like it’s their own.
“When it’s your family name on the door, you don’t cut corners. That’s been true since 2001, and it’s still true today.”
